Charged off'; debt by 1 creditor was ';paid'; with another,poss to get neg report off,since they are same debt?

';Charged off'; debt was bought by a collections agency and I settled with them and paid off the debt. Now my credit report shows the same debt 2 times. One with the original creditor as ';charged off';, and ';paid'; by the collections. Is there a way to get the negative report off the records for that debt since it has been paid off? Or am I SOL.
