a question about money transfer.?

if someone wanted to give me a huge amount of money- how much info would they need about me? if say- they just picked my name out of a phone book and they was a millionaire and they wanted to give it all to me. is a name and address enough for them to give me a free will donation, and have me as the beneficiary?
