12 months subscription?

I have signed up to a 12 month subscription with a 3G Data card, I no longer wish to use this service, BTW the service is fine its just i have no need of it now, so apart from telling my bank to not let the company take anymore monthy payments, can the company sue me or what, im in the UK any sensible ideas please.
